Peonies have always struck me as the proper flower of an English summer: generous, unembarrassed, in full bloom for only a fortnight before they let go. I wanted a Parfum d'Interieur that carried that same uncomplicated joy. Peony at the heart, with citrus lifting it the way morning sun lifts a room. It is, quite simply, our scent of happiness.
